Regras gerais
1.1 Lê estes Termos e Condições Gerais antes de usar o nosso site Spinit.com, (referido daqui em diante como o “Site”). Ao usar ou aceder a qualquer secção do Site, concordas em ser legalmente vinculado a todos os seguintes termos e condições (referidos daqui em diante como os “Termos”):
- Termos e Condições Gerais apresentados nesta página;
- Política de Privacidade;
- Política de Cookies;
- Termos específicos de campanhas de marketing, bónus e promoções especiais oferecidas no nosso Site;
- Regras de jogos específicos oferecidos no nosso Site, que podem ser acedidas através de tais jogos;
- Outros termos e condições que deverá aceitar para poder usar certas seções e serviços disponíveis no nosso Site.
1.2 Em caso de qualquer discrepância, os termos das campanhas publicitárias, bónus e promoções especiais prevalecerão sobre os outros Termos.
1.3 Se não concordares em aceitar e cumprir todos os Termos, não deves abrir uma conta nem usar qualquer um dos serviços oferecidos através do nosso Site. O uso continuado do site indicará a tua aceitação dos Termos.
1.4 Salvo definição em contrário, todas as referências nos Termos a "nós", "nosso", "Empresa" referem-se à empresa que opera o Site, enquanto as referências a "cliente", "tu", "teu" referem-se à pessoa que utiliza o nosso Site e aceita os Termos.
1.5 A versão vinculativa dos Termos é a versão em inglês. Todas as traduções são fornecidas apenas para a tua conveniência. Em caso de discrepância entre a versão em inglês dos Termos e qualquer outra versão em outro idioma, a versão em inglês prevalecerá. Ao aceitar os Termos, garantes que o teu conhecimento da língua inglesa é suficiente para compreender integralmente os Termos.
1.6 A Empresa oferece acesso a jogos exclusivamente através de uma rede protegida, utilizando tecnologia de encriptação de dados sensíveis.
Requisitos e Limitações Regulatórias
2.1 Poderás utilizar os serviços do Site apenas se tiveres atingido a idade legal conforme a legislação aplicável e se tiveres, no mínimo, 18 anos de idade. Ao aceitares os Termos, garantes que cumpres as restrições de idade mencionadas e deverás sair imediatamente do Site caso ainda não tenha atingido a idade de 18 anos.
2.2 A Empresa não oferece quaisquer garantias no que diz respeito à legalidade da sua utilização do Site, nomeadamente no caso de o jogo ser proibido, regulado ou não regulamentado na sua jurisdição. É da sua exclusiva responsabilidade conhecer as leis do seu país relativas ao jogo online e ao uso do Site, em todos os momentos. Antes de tentar abrir uma conta no Site e, posteriormente, sempre que for utilizar os seus serviços, deverá verificar se o jogo online é legal na sua jurisdição específica. Ao utilizar este Site, garante que está legalmente autorizado a jogar online. Caso, em qualquer momento, o jogo online na sua jurisdição se torne ilegal ou de alguma forma restrito, deverá encerrar imediatamente a sua conta no Site e deixar de utilizar os seus serviços.
2.3 Os residentes dos seguintes países (as "Jurisdições Excluídas"): Afeganistão, Armênia, Belarus, Bélgica, Bulgária, China, Curaçau, Chipre, Dinamarca, Estonia, Geórgia, Irã, Iraque, Israel, Lituânia, Malta, Moldávia, Romênia, Rússia, Coreia do Norte, Holanda, Suécia, Ucrânia (Incluindo o território da Criméia), Reino Unido, Estados Unidos, Costa do Marfim não têm o direito de abrir contas no nosso Site ou de adicionar fundos monetários às suas contas. Reservamo-nos no direito de alterar a lista das Jurisdições Excluídas a nosso exclusivo e absoluto critério e sem aviso prévio. Todas essas alterações serão publicadas no nosso Site. Deve verificar os Termos com frequência para garantir que não se encontra em nenhuma das Jurisdições Excluídas, conforme atualizações realizadas periodicamente. Se reside ou se encontra numa dessas jurisdições, concorda em não abrir e/ou utilizar a sua conta no Site e em fechar imediatamente a sua conta, caso tenha aberto uma anteriormente.
2.4 Além das Jurisdições Excluídas supracitadas, note que alguns dos fornecedores de software representados no nosso Site proíbem clientes de determinadas jurisdições de efetuarem apostas ou de utilizarem os seus respetivos softwares, conforme listado na secção "Restrições Territoriais Adicionais" destes Termos e Condições Gerais. Ao aceder a tal software, garante que não é residente de nenhuma dessas jurisdições.
A sua conta
3.1 Para utilizar a totalidade das funcionalidades do nosso Site, deve abrir uma conta pessoal no Site.
3.2 A sua conta no Site deve ser registada em seu nome próprio e correto. Apenas é permitida uma conta por pessoa, por agregado familiar/morada, por número de telefone/email e por endereço IP. Quaisquer outras contas abertas no Site serão consideradas como "Contas Duplicadas". Não deve tentar abrir uma Conta Duplicada, incluindo fornecendo credenciais falsas ou alternativas. Se abrir ou tentar abrir qualquer número de Contas Duplicadas, reservamo-nos no direito de encerrar algumas ou todas as suas contas, sem qualquer compensação, e aplicar as seguintes sanções:
- cada ação realizada usando uma Conta Duplicada será considerada nula;
- qualquer promoção em que a Conta Duplicada tiver participado será cancelada;
- quaisquer ganhos obtidos na Conta Duplicada serão anulados. Quaisquer levantamentos processados serão revertidos e deverão ser devolvidos à Empresa;
- a Conta Duplicada será encerrada sem a possibilidade de ser reaberta.
3.3 Deve manter o seu nome de utilizador/login e palavra-passe confidenciais e não divulgar esta informação a terceiros. Você é o único responsável por qualquer ação e/ou transação efetuada utilizando a sua conta. Qualquer parte que aceda à sua conta utilizando o login e a palavra-passe corretos será considerada como sendo você, e quaisquer transações serão consideradas válidas e efetuadas por si. Não seremos responsáveis por qualquer acesso de terceiros à sua conta ou por quaisquer perdas associadas ao uso não autorizado da sua conta; todo o uso não autorizado será considerado como sendo da sua responsabilidade.
3.4 Não deve vender nem transferir a sua conta para outra pessoa, nem comprar ou adquirir contas de outras pessoas. Concorda que qualquer tentativa de o fazer será considerada nula e sem efeito e constituirá uma violação destes Termos e Condições Gerais. Esta restrição inclui, mas não se limita a, uma proibição total de transferência de qualquer bem de valor, de qualquer natureza, como, por exemplo, mas não limitado a, a propriedade das contas, ganhos, depósitos, apostas, direitos e/ou reivindicações relacionadas com estes bens, seja de natureza legal, comercial ou outra. A proibição das referidas transferências inclui, mas não se limita a, o ónus, penhor, cessão, usufruto, negociação, corretagem, hipoteca e/ou doação em cooperação com um fiduciário ou qualquer outro terceiro, empresa, indivíduo natural ou jurídico, fundação e/ou associação, de qualquer forma ou maneira.
3.5 É proibido utilizar o login e a palavra-passe de qualquer outra pessoa para aceder ao Site.
3.6 Deve manter os dados da sua conta atualizados. Deve informar-nos imediatamente sobre qualquer alteração nos seus dados de registo.
3.7 Encerramento da tua conta: Pode requerer o encerramento da tua conta a qualquer momento enviando um email para o apoio ao cliente para support@spinit.com, sujeito às seguintes condições:
- Pode encerrar sua conta apenas se não houver nenhum saldo remanescente (positivo ou negativo) e nenhuma solicitação de levantamento pendente.
- Caso queiras encerrar a tua conta tendo um saldo positio e/ou pedidos de levantamento pendentes, todos os fundos na tua conta serão anulados.
3.8 Pedido de auto-exclusão: poderá contactar o atendimento ao cliente por email: support@spinit.com e será auxiliado com o encerramento da sua conta. Além disso, é de sua responsabilidade notificar a Companhia de quaisquer outras contas que possa ter connosco, e evitar abrir novas contas. A Companhia não deverá ser responsabilizada por potenciais perdas em outras contas. Nós não somos responsáveis por nenhum prejuízo ou danos que poderão potencialmente ser causados por jogos de azar.
3.9 Reservamo-nos no direito de recusar a abertura de uma conta ou encerrar uma conta existente, sem aviso prévio ou justificação.
As suas garantias
4.1 Ao abrir uma conta no nosso Site e ao usar o nosso Site, garante que:
- age por conta própria;
- é um cidadão competente e que age de acordo com a lei;
- não tem dependência do jogo, não utiliza o Site sob a influência de álcool, drogas ou outras substâncias;
- todos os dados e informações que forneceu ao registar-se no nosso Website são verdadeiros e reais, e continuará a atualizar esta informação em caso de qualquer alteração;
- compreende plenamente e aceita o facto de que existe a possibilidade de perda monetária ao utilizar os nossos serviços;
- não está a utilizar fundos monetários que tenha recebido de forma ilegal ou de fontes ilegais;
- não entrou em conluio e não tentará entrar em nenhum conluio, direta ou indiretamente, com outro cliente do Site;
- o cartão de crédito/débito ou qualquer outro método de pagamento que utilize para recarregar o saldo da sua conta é de sua propriedade, não foi roubado e não foi perdido por outra pessoa. A Empresa reserva-se no direito de encerrar a sua conta e anular quaisquer ganhos, caso haja suspeita razoável de que tenha violado esta garantia.
4.2 Ao abrir uma conta neste Site, garante que nunca antes registou outra conta ou recebeu qualquer dinheiro através de uma conta pertencente a qualquer outra pessoa.
4.3 Ao abrir uma conta neste Site, garante que nos forneceu informações verdadeiras e completas, conforme solicitado no formulário de registo.
Verificação da sua idade, identidade e outras verificações
5.1 Deve fornecer-nos todas as informações que possamos solicitar para gerir a sua conta, verificar a sua identidade ou a origem dos fundos depositados na sua conta. Isto inclui (mas não se limita a) um documento de identidade devidamente certificado, comprovativo de morada, comprovativo de propriedade e históricos de transações dos métodos de pagamento utilizados, incluindo extratos bancários ou de cartões de crédito/débito, entre outros.
5.2 Poderemos, por nossa única e absoluta vontade, utilizar quaisquer procedimentos e meios adicionais que julgarmos apropriados para verificar a sua idade, morada e outras circunstâncias (KYC), tanto antes como após a realização de depósitos na sua conta e/ou a realização de um levantamento.
5.3 Deve fornecer esses documentos e informações dentro de 30 (trinta) dias após a solicitação. Reservamo-nos no direito de reter o pagamento e/ou suspender a sua conta até que forneça os documentos e informações solicitados, e de encerrar permanentemente a sua conta caso não o faça dentro do prazo estabelecido. Normalmente, verificaremos os seus documentos e informações dentro de 10 (dez) dias após a nossa solicitação ser totalmente respondida, no entanto, dependendo das circunstâncias e da complexidade de um determinado caso, poderá ser necessário mais tempo e/ou verificações adicionais para concluir a verificação.
5.4 Podemos utilizar um prestador de serviços de terceiros reconhecido para realizar as verificações em nosso nome, incluindo agências de referência de crédito autorizadas, serviços de verificação de identidade e/ou software de prevenção de fraudes. Os dados pessoais poderão ser fornecidos a tais terceiros de acordo com a nossa Política de Privacidade./p>
5.5 Ao aceitar estes Termos e Condições, você concorda que temos o direito de realizar verificações adicionais de segurança para confirmar as informações da sua conta e a sua atividade, em conformidade com a legislação aplicável e os nossos procedimentos de segurança e antifraude, através de verificações por chamadas telefónicas, verificação facial ou qualquer outro tipo de verificação necessária para garantir que você é quem afirma ser.
Saldo da conta, depositar e levantar fundos
6.1 Ao abrir uma conta no Site, você concorda que as operações financeiras relacionadas com a sua conta serão processadas diretamente pela Empresa, por um operador de sistema de pagamento e/ou por um terceiro designado pela Empresa para realizar esta atividade.
6.2 O depósito ou levantamento de fundos é facilitado através do sistema de pagamento da sua escolha (entre os disponíveis no Site de tempos em tempos). Sempre que possível, os levantamentos são processados utilizando o mesmo método de pagamento usado para financiar a conta. Deve utilizar os serviços do sistema de pagamento disponíveis no Site em conformidade com as regras de utilização impostas pelos respetivos fornecedores desses serviços.
6.3 O saldo da conta não é um saldo bancário e portanto não poderá estar sujeito a seguro, garantia de ativos ou garantias de qualquer tipo. Um depósito ou um saldo ativo não renderá juros.
6.4 Ao fazer um depósito, você concede à Empresa a permissão para debitar do seu saldo quaisquer multas ou taxas relacionadas com a sua atividade, conforme previsto nos Termos ou na legislação aplicável. Também concorda em não solicitar o estorno dos fundos depositados, anulando os depósitos, e compromete-se a indemnizar a Empresa pelos custos associados aos estornos e devoluções.
6.5 A Empresa reserva-se no direito de definir, a seu critério, os valores mínimo e máximo para o depósito na conta.
6.6 Política de reembolsos
6.6.1 Reconhece e concorda que a Empresa geralmente não oferece reembolso dos fundos depositados na sua conta. No entanto, poderemos considerar um reembolso em circunstâncias excecionais, incluindo problemas técnicos com o nosso Site ou com os instrumentos de pagamento.
6.6.2 Nenhum reembolso poderá ser realizado após o depósito em questão (ou o bónus associado) ter sido utilizado para efetuar uma aposta.
6.6.3 Para ser considerado para reembolso, deverá contactar o nosso apoio ao cliente dentro de 24 (vinte e quatro) horas após a transação em questão. Faremos o possível para responder ao seu pedido dentro de 10 (dez) dias úteis. Para evitar dúvidas, todos os reembolsos estão sempre sujeitos ao nosso exclusivo e absoluto critério.
6.6.4 Reservamo-nos no direito de reter qualquer reembolso ou reverter transações até que a identidade do utilizador da conta do jogador seja devidamente confirmada a nossa satisfação. Você concorda em fornecer, caso solicitado, o seu Documento de Identificação (Passaporte, Carta de Condução, Cartão do Cidadão) e qualquer Comprovativo de Morada que possa fornecer (Fatura de Utilidade, Extrato Bancário, Contrato de Arrendamento, etc.). Além disso, poderá ser necessário a Verificação da Propriedade do seu Método de Pagamento. Se tal documentação não for fornecida dentro de trinta (30) dias após o nosso pedido, o reembolso ou reversão da transação não será efetuado, a sua conta de jogador será encerrada, e você perderá todos os fundos na sua conta. Esta decisão será final, vinculativa, e não sujeita a recurso.
6.6.5 Se estiver a financiar a sua conta com um Cartão de Crédito, reservamo-nos no direito de pagar todos os pedidos de levantamento até ao valor total depositado, como reembolsos relativos às compras que tenha efetuado.
6.6.6 Se qualquer compra com cartão de crédito for considerada como apresentando um risco inaceitável por razões de segurança ou legais, seja pelos nossos processadores de cartões de crédito ou pelo nosso Departamento KYC, o Casino iniciará os reembolsos para todas essas transações de volta para o cartão de crédito e notificará as autoridades e partes competentes.
6.6.7 Em todos os casos em que realizamos um reembolso, todos os bónus e ganhos no seu saldo serão deduzidos antes do cálculo do valor a ser reembolsado.
6.7 Poderá levantar quaisquer ganhos de sua conta enviando uma solicitação de levantamento válida. Processaremos tais solicitações de acordo com as nossas regras de levantamento, conforme descrito nos Termos.
6.8 O rollover mínimo de fundos antes de um levantamento é x1 (um). Se a aposta dos fundos (o valor das apostas feitas) for menor do que o valor do depósito, reservamo-nos no direito de cancelar todos os ganhos e manter a comissão de 10% (dez porcento) (mas não menos do que 0,5 EUR do valor do último depósito como despesas de pagamento, e os 15% (quinze porcento) de comissão se o saldo de sua conta tiver sido feito através de um cartão ou transferência bancária.)
6.9 Você concorda que a Empresa reserva o direito de cancelar qualquer levantamento caso haja suspeita de fraude, conluio ou atividade ilegal da sua parte.
6.10 A Empresa tentará satisfazer os seus desejos em termos de método de pagamento, no entanto, o uso do seu método de pagamento preferido não pode ser garantido. Assim, a Empresa poderá trabalhar através de e realizar pagamentos utilizando sistemas de pagamento diferentes daquele que solicitou para processar o seu levantamento.
6.12 Todos os levantamentos são processados de acordo com os nossos limites mensais de levantamento e levando em consideração o status VIP do cliente solicitando o levantamento.

6.13 O nível VIP do cliente é determinado pela atividade durante 90 dias úteis anteriores à submissão da solicitação de levantamento e pode ser alterado dependendo da razão de depósitos e levantamentos que tenham sido feitos e bónus recebidos. O status de um cliente que não fez apostas no último mês é automaticamente reduzido ao menor nível.
6.13 A qualquer momento, um cliente poderá ter um máximo de 3 (três) levantamentos pendentes na sua conta.
6.14 A Empresa reserva-se no direito de efetuar pagamentos de acordo com um cronograma individual, estabelecer o valor mínimo e máximo por transação e o tempo para essa transação, os quais podem variar dependendo do método de levantamento, do nível da sua conta ou de outros fatores relevantes.
6.15 Pedidos de levantamento de fundos são processados pelo departamento financeiro dentro de 3 (três) dias úteis após o pedido ter sido realizado, e/ou 3 (três) dias úteis após o último pedido de levantamento ter sido pago, uma vez que todas as outras condições tenham sido atendidas e as verificações concluídas, conforme delineado nos Termos. Os agentes do departamento financeiro processam os pedidos de levantamento de fundos monetários das 6h às 17h GMT, de segunda a sexta-feira. Você consente que está ciente e concorda com o horário estabelecido para os levantamentos de fundos. Após o departamento financeiro ter processado o pedido de transferência de fundos, quaisquer atrasos adicionais no processamento dos pagamentos não serão da responsabilidade da Empresa.
6.16 A Empresa pode atrasar o processamento do seu pedido de levantamento para realizar verificações da sua identidade, saldo da conta, origem dos fundos e da sua conformidade com os Termos. Nesses casos, a Empresa pode iniciar e/ou participar em e/ou ajudar na investigação das circunstâncias, e você concorda em fornecer apoio e assistência em qualquer investigação dessa natureza. A Empresa reserva-se no direito de adiar o processamento de quaisquer pagamentos ou a entrega do valor dos ganhos até que todos os procedimentos de verificação e verificações descritos nos Termos sejam concluídos com sucesso.
6.17 A Empresa mantém os fundos dos clientes separados dos seus próprios fundos, em contas bancárias dedicadas para clientes. Esta organização garante que os fundos mantidos nas contas dos clientes sejam mantidos seguros em caso de insolvência. Consequentemente, no caso de insolvência da Empresa, os seus fundos estão protegidos e ser-lhe-ão devolvidos.
6.18 Se um Titular de Conta não aceder à sua Conta durante um período de 180 (cento e oitenta) dias, a Conta será considerada como "Conta Inativa". A cada mês, poderemos cobrar uma taxa administrativa de 5 EUR enquanto a Conta permanecer Inativa. Reservamo-nos No direito de alterar a taxa administrativa mensal a nosso critério, sem aviso prévio. Se o saldo da Conta for inferior a 5 EUR, o valor total será cobrado. Quando o saldo atingir zero, nenhuma outra taxa administrativa será aplicada.
6.19 Em caso de falhas no software, transações financeiras erróneas, etc., a Empresa tem o direito de descontar os fundos erroneamente creditados nas contas dos clientes, comprometendo-se também a reembolsar todos os valores erroneamente descontados ou não creditados devido a problemas técnicos, nas contas dos clientes, no prazo de 30 (trinta) dias a contar do momento em que tal falha for detetada.
6.20 Caso a Empresa tenha erroneamente (devido a um erro técnico na tabela de ganhos, erro causado por fator humano ou outro tipo de erro) reabastecido a conta do cliente com fundos que não lhe pertencem, esse valor será considerado propriedade da Empresa e será deduzido da conta do cliente. Se um cliente levantar fundos que não lhe pertencem antes de o erro ser detetado, o montante pago erroneamente (sem prejuízo dos meios legais e ações do cliente) será considerado uma dívida do cliente para com a Empresa. No caso de um reabastecimento incorreto do saldo, o cliente deve notificar imediatamente a Empresa via e-mail.
6.21 A transferência de fundos entre clientes, de qualquer maneira, é estritamente proibida. A Empresa reserva-se no direito de bloquear todas as contas envolvidas em transferências, deduzir quaisquer ganhos e relatar tais atividades às autoridades relevantes.
6.22 A qualquer momento, a Empresa está autorizada a descontar o saldo positivo na sua conta para creditar o montante que você deve à Empresa.
6.23 VVocê assume total responsabilidade pelo pagamento de todos os impostos, taxas e outras despesas associadas a qualquer ganho obtido através dos serviços do Site. Você concorda em indemnizar a Empresa por todas as despesas ou perdas que a Empresa possa incorrer como resultado de qualquer responsabilidade ou exigência apresentada por uma entidade governamental devido a requisitos de retenção ou pagamento de impostos ou requisitos semelhantes relacionados com o seu pedido de levantamento ou rendimento.
Bónus e promoções
7.1 Eventualmente, poderemos oferecer incentivos promocionais aos nossos clientes, tais como fundos bónus, giros grátis, pontos de lealdade e/ou outras ofertas especiais (referidas nestes Termos e Condições Gerais como “bónus” ou “promoções”). Algumas promoções requerem que faça um depósito (o “depósito associado”) de um valor mínimo definido para se tornar elegível para as mesmas. Você entende e concorda que tais promoções possuem os seus próprios termos e condições, além destes Termos e Condições Gerais. Estes estão listados nas seções relevantes do Site. Caso surjam problemas a respeito das condições dessas promoções, bónus e ofertas especiais, os termos e condições relevantes da promoção em questão prevalecerão sobre estes Termos e Condições Gerais.
7.2 Qualquer oferta de bónus é limitada a apenas uma por pessoa, família, morada residencial, número de telefone, computador pessoal ou partilhado (por exemplo: escola, biblioteca pública ou local de trabalho) e endereço de IP pessoal ou partilhado.
7.3 Reservamo-nos no direito de negar um bónus a qualquer cliente, rejeitar bónus de qualquer tipo, cancelar a participação em qualquer promoção, assim como banir permanentemente ou temporariamente qualquer cliente ou grupo de clientes do programa de promoções do Site, a nosso exclusivo e absoluto critério. No caso de qualquer disputa relativa às nossas promoções (incluindo, sem limitação, elegibilidade, uso, abuso, jogo justo, cálculo de ganhos e requisitos de apostas), a decisão da Empresa será final e não negociável.
7.4 Residentes de qualquer uma das Jurisdições Excluídas não têm permissão para se registar ou beneficiar de qualquer promoção.
7.5 Todas as promoções estão restritas para residentes na Arménia, Tunísia, Bósnia e Herzegovina, Indonésia, Geórgia, Malásia.
7.6 Todos os nossos bónus estão sujeitos a um requisito de apostas, o que significa que deve apostar um determinado valor antes de poder levantar os seus ganhos. Este requisito é expresso como um multiplicador aplicável ao valor do bónus, ao valor do bónus e ao valor do depósito associado, ou ao montante dos ganhos derivados dessa promoção (dependendo dos termos da promoção em questão). A título de exemplo, um requisito de apostas de 5x (cinco) significa que deve apostar o equivalente a cinco vezes o respetivo valor. Os requisitos de apostas aplicáveis a cada promoção estão listados nas secções relevantes do Site dedicadas a essa promoção, bem como nos Termos.
7.7 Jogos diferentes contribuem com percentagens diferentes para o cumprimento dos requisitos de apostas:

7.11 Primeiro apostará o seu Saldo de Dinheiro Real. Quando o Saldo de Dinheiro Real estiver totalmente apostado, começará a apostar o seu Saldo Bónus.
7.12 Os requisitos de aposta devem ser cumpridos dentro de 10 (dez) dias para os bónus de casino e 30 (trinta) dias para bónus de desporto, após o bónus ser recebido. Uma vez expirado este período, o bónus disponível e quaisquer ganhos derivados do mesmo serão anulados.
7.13 Os clientes que tentem levantar fundos antes de cumprirem os requisitos de aposta terão o seu saldo bónus, e todos os ganhos derivados do mesmo, anulados.
7.14 Assim que os requisito de apostas forem totalmente cumpridos, os respetivos fundos bónus e quaisquer ganhos derivados serão libertados para a carteira de dinheiro real e estarão disponíveis para levantamento, de acordo com as nossas regras de levantamento.

7.16 Qualquer bónus de casino sem depósito tem requisitos de aposta de 40x (quarenta). Qualquer bónus deste tipo tem um limite máximo de levantamento de 5x (cinco) vezes o valor do bónus recebido. - apostas em dois níveis;
- jogar jogos com um bónus activo para acumular valor, converter o bónus e, em seguida, levantar o valor acumulado - por exemplo, iniciando e atrasando uma rodada de jogo, recurso de bónus e concluindo isso após atender aos requisitos de apostas de bónus, perdendo um bónus ou com um depósito posterior;
- outras estratégias, tirar vantagem de qualquer software, defeito ou falha, ou participar em qualquer forma de actividade que nós, ao nosso exclusivo e absoluto critério, julgarmos abusiva.
7.20 Se você se envolver em abuso de promoções, fraude ou manipulação, isso será considerado uma violação dos Termos. Nestes casos, e além de outras soluções disponíveis para nós, reservamo-nos no direito de anular todas as promoções nas quais tenha participado, anular e confiscar todos os ganhos derivados dessas promoções, e impedir a sua participação em promoções futuras.
Fazer apostas e jogar
8.1 Ao fazer uma aposta, é sua responsabilidade verificar se todos os detalhes da aposta estão corretos.
8.2 Após efetuar uma aposta, não será possível cancelá-la. Reservamo-nos no direito de recusar qualquer aposta ou cancelar qualquer aposta já efetuada, a nosso exclusivo e absoluto critério.

- utilizar qualquer forma de batota ou outros meios para obter uma vantagem ou influência injusta, incluindo, sem limitação, aproveitar-se de um erro de software, brecha ou falha, ou usar software ou hardware para automatizar, distorcer ou influenciar o resultado das apostas;
- utilizar padrões ou estratégias de apostas injustas, como apostas iguais, nulas ou de baixo valor, apostas com riscos mínimos, apostas de cobertura (hedge betting), ou de outra forma fazer apostas de maneira que, na nossa opinião, o sistema esteja a ser abusado, garantindo uma vitória ou minimizando o risco;
- envolver-se em lavagem de dinheiro, financiamento do terrorismo ou qualquer outra atividade criminosa;
- ameaçar, assediar ou abusar de outros clientes ou membros da nossa equipa;
- tentar atacar, obter acesso não autorizado ou prejudicar o funcionamento do Site, dos servidores onde o Site está alojado, ou de qualquer servidor, computador ou base de dados ligado ao Site, tentando contornar os nossos sistemas de segurança;
- tentar copiar, realizar engenharia reversa, descompilar, modificar, derivar o código-fonte ou outras informações do software relacionado com o Site, assim como tentar remover ou ocultar quaisquer avisos de propriedade colocados nesse software, ou utilizá-lo para qualquer outro fim que não seja o entretenimento pessoal;
- tentar vender ou transferir a sua conta para outras pessoas ou adquirir contas de outras pessoas.
9.2 Concorda em não prejudicar o Site ou a sua reputação.
9.3 Reservamo-nos no direito de, de tempos em tempos, realizar uma análise do jogo/rever a atividade de apostas do cliente para verificar o cumprimento dos Termos. Se, após essa revisão, se verificar que o cliente está a utilizar estratégias, a tirar proveito de qualquer erro ou falha de software ou sistema, ou a participar em qualquer atividade que consideremos, a nosso exclusivo e completo critério, abusiva, reservamo-nos no direito de revogar o direito desse cliente a qualquer promoção concedida, anular quaisquer ganhos obtidos com a promoção, impedir o direito a outras promoções ou até encerrar a conta do cliente.
9.4 Caso cheguemos a uma suspeita razoável de que tenha participado em fraude, qualquer atividade ilegal ou indevida, ou tenha violado de outra forma os Termos, reservamo-nos no direito de tomar qualquer uma das seguintes ações, a nosso exclusivo e absoluto critério, com ou sem aviso prévio:
- bloquear imediatamente a sua conta e suspender o seu acesso ao Website e/ou aos seus serviços, suspender todos os pedidos de levantamento pendentes e outros pagamentos a seu favor durante o período de investigação;
- fechar permanentemente a sua conta no Site e em todos os outros sites parceiros na nossa plataforma, negando qualquer uso futuro do Site e dos sites parceiros;
- anular quaisquer ganhos obtidos, cancelar quaisquer levantamentos pendentes e confiscar o saldo de dinheiro real de sua conta;
- anular qualquer saldo de bónus da sua conta e/ou limitar sua participação futura nos nossos bónus e ofertas promocionais, ou negá-los;
- contactar as autoridades competentes para informar sobre qualquer atividade suspeita de caráter ilegal e/ou para cobrar quaisquer pagamentos que você deva à Empresa.
9.5 A Empresa reserva-se o direito de notificar as autoridades governamentais responsáveis, bem como outros operadores de casinos online, prestadores de serviços online, bancos, processadores de pagamentos e cartões de crédito, fornecedores de pagamentos eletrónicos, assim como instituições financeiras, em caso de atividade suspeita de fraude, ilegalidade ou qualquer outra atividade duvidosa. 10.1 Concorda e aceita que a Empresa não assume qualquer responsabilidade nem tem controlo sobre a forma como utiliza o software. Concorda que a utilização dos serviços da Empresa é uma decisão exclusivamente sua e que está ciente e aceita todos os riscos possíveis.
10.2 A Empresa não aceita responsabilidade por quaisquer acordos, ações ilegais, negligência, danos ou perdas de qualquer natureza, incluindo, mas não se limitando à perda de dados, rendimentos, reputação, assim como por quaisquer perdas que não sejam previstas pela Empresa neste momento.
10.3 Nem a Empresa, nem o fornecedor de software, nem qualquer um dos nossos afiliados ou partes conectadas assumirão qualquer responsabilidade por perdas, despesas ou danos que sejam supostos ou que resultem efetivamente de:
- qualquer erro que tenha feito ao preencher informações incorretas;
- qualquer tipo de fraude, atividade falsa ou enganadora;
- a decisão da Empresa de não aceitar o seu depósito, recusar abrir a sua conta ou a decisão de suspender ou fechar a sua conta;
- qualquer atraso no recebimento ou na aceitação de um depósito ou na retenção do seu levantamento para completar os procedimentos de verificação de identidade e outros processos de verificação;
- utilizar a sua conta para fins que possam ser considerados ilegais de acordo com a legislação aplicável;
- quaisquer operações e transações realizadas após a inserção correta do seu nome de utilizador e palavra-passe;

- qualquer comunicação eletrónica que não tenha sido recebida;
- o resultado de qualquer ação por parte do governo ou circunstâncias de força maior;
- quaisquer erros, omissões, falhas ou bugs noSite ou no software utilizado no mesmo;
- qualquer resultado direto ou indireto da sua violação dos Termos.
Alterações no site

Procedimento de resolução de reclamações
13.1 Poderá contactar o nosso apoio ao cliente por email: support@spinit.com.
13.2 As queixas são tratadas pelo serviço de apoio ao cliente e poderão ser encaminhadas para outros departamentos da Empresa quando o serviço de apoio ao cliente não conseguir resolver o caso imediatamente. O cliente deverá ser informado de forma razoável sobre o estado da sua queixa.
13.3 Uma "disputa" é definida como qualquer queixa que:
- esteja relacionada com o resultado de uma transação de apostas;
- não seja resolvida na primeira fase do procedimento de queixas da Empresa.
13.4 A Equipa de Apoio ao Cliente dará sempre uma resposta inicial à sua questão enviada para a caixa de entrada do email de apoio. 13.5 De acordo com a legislação de dados aplicável, e para identificar adequadamente o cliente que submete a queixa como o titular legítimo da conta, deverá incluir:
- O nome de utilizador da conta;
- Nome completo tal como registado na sua conta;
- Deverá enviar a sua queixa pelo email registado na sua conta;
- O assunto do Email deverá ser o motivo da RECLAMAÇÃO;
- Um resumo/explicação detalhada da sua queixa;

Sports Betting Rules
16.1 If you are unsure about the rules related to placing a bet on any particular sport or market, you can refer to this page to find them all explained in full.
16.2 The minimum amount for a bet is 1 EUR. Your maximum amount for a bet differs between sports and regulatory jurisdiction. When customers place a bet, they will see the allowed value specified in the field.
16.3 The operator’s rights:
- Reserves right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet request for any reason and at our sole discretion.
- May void/cancel the bets: Individual bet requests may be reviewed, and an alternative price or stake offered at our sole discretion. In cases where placed after the outcome of an event is known or after the selected participant or team/participant has gained a material advantage.

16.4 Customers cannot cancel or change a bet once the bet has been placed and confirmed. (only can use Cashout option)
16.5 We do not accept parlays where two or more objects will affect each other. Even if a customer will have such a bet accepted by mistake, we will cancel such bets afterwards. In such circumstances bets can also be cancelled after result has been determined. The whole bet would be cancelled, even if parts of it are valid.

16.15.5 Change of Opponents: If there is a change in opponents for an event, all bets are voided.
16.15.6 Change of Venue: If there is a change in venue, all bets are voided.
16.15.7 Periods of Time: If the length of the event is modified, all bets are voided.
16.15.8 Dead Heat: In the event that there are more winners than expected, the winnings will be split proportionately.
16.15.9 Change of Surface: If there is a change in surface all bets will stand.
16.16 Dead heat rules
16.16.1 A dead heat is defined as an event in which there are two or more joint winning contracts.
16.16.2 In the case of a dead heat, the winnings made, and losses incurred by users are split according to the number of competitors. The formula for this, along with relevant examples, are given below:

16.16.12 Profit/loss = return - original liability = £53.33 - £60 = -£6.67
16.16.13 In the event of a dead heat in a multi-winner market, only contracts that are tied past the last winning position will be affected. Any winning contracts will then be divided by the number of places remaining.
16.16.14 For example, in a top three horse racing market if the first three horses were involved in a dead heat for first place, then all three would be declared winners and no dead heat calculations would apply.
16.16.15 If two horses tied for 3rd after the first two horses had past the post, then dead heat rules would apply to the 3rd and 4th horses only, with them sharing the final winning position.
16.17 Bet settlement.
16.17.1 All resulting should be based on the official source or official website of the competition in question. In cases where statistics or results from official source are unavailable, or there is significant evidence that the website has incorrect information use of independent sources for settlement can be evoked. In cases of absence of consistent information we will settle bets based on in-house statistics.
16.18 Re-settlements and errors.
16.18.1 Markets are generally settled shortly after the end of the event in question. Sportsbook provider may settle (or partially settle) some markets before the official result is declared, simply as a customer service benefit. However, Sportsbook provider reserves the right to change the market settlement if:
- The official result was different from the result on which sportsbook provider initially settled the market (for example, a result modified by the competent regulatory body shortly after an event); either
- The entire market was declared void (for example, in case of suspension of the event).
- Sportsbook provider reserves the right to accept, limit or reject any bet before confirming it.
- If technical or system problems or human errors occur, sportsbook provider reserves the right to reverse the settled market or void the bet.
- If sportsbook provider re-settlement a market, this could result in adjustments to the client's balance to reflect changes in the market settlement.
16.19 Non-participants and injuries.
16.19.1 If a player, team or other competitor has taken part in a sporting event after it has officially started and subsequently does not complete the event for any reason, any bets placed on that player, team or other competitor will be considered valid (i.e. bets on that player, team or other competitor will not be void).
16.19.2 In the event of an injury being announced in a market where the number of games or the price of runners remaining could significantly affect prices, eg top scorer/top run scorer, we reserve the right to void bets, apply a Rule 4 deduction or revert bets to the next price offered after the market has been revised due to news of that injury
16.19.3 This could apply to bets placed between the publication of the news of the injury and the review of the market in question.
16.20 Selections not offered.
16.20.1 Sportsbook provider endeavors to always keep its markets up to date (so that potentially winning selections are always on offer in each market). However, should the ultimate winning team/individual/participant be unavailable for any reason, bets on other selections in the applicable market will stand (and will be settled in accordance with these and any other applicable rules).
16.21 Scoring Screens/Score Centre.
16.21.1 The score screens are indicative only and sportsbook providers will not be held responsible for bets placed on their basis.
16.22 Cash Out.

Betting rules and regulations for specific sports
17.1 Football
17.1.1 Bets on football matches are accepted for the regular time (90 minutes and injury time added), unless otherwise stated. If the betting outcome hits the total or handicap, the bet is refunded. If such a bet is involved in a combination bet, the odds for it become 1.00.

If the selected player does not start the match and enters the field of play before the first goal scorer market has been won, bets placed on that player in this market will stand. Any unlisted players will count as winners should they score the first goal of the match. In the event that the only goal of the match is an own goal, the No Goalscorer selection will be settled as a winner. If the selection comes on after the first goal already scored, the bets on first player to score on this selection will be void.
17.1.6 Interval Betting: Bets on specific timeframes/intervals, such as Match Result/Goals Scored/Corners/etc. After xx Minutes, will only take into consideration outcomes and occurrences relevant for the specified timeframe/interval. Other events and occurrences that happened outside the specified timeframe will not be taken into consideration for settlement purposes.
17.1.7 For the purposes of these markets, the occurrence is considered to have happened when and if it is executed, not when awarded by the referee. 17.1.25.10 Own Goal: Predict if there will be an own goal scored in the match.
17.1.25.11 Draw No Bet: This market will be settled on the full-time result. In the event of a draw all bets will be voided.
17.1.25.12 To advance markets: For tournaments featuring single-elimination and similar formats, this market will be settled on a match's final result, including extra time or penalties.

17.1.26 PlayerSpecials
17.1.26.1 Bets placed on players that take part at any point during the match will be considered valid unless stated in the market specific rule, irrespective of the time of inclusion/substitution of the player. Own goals do not count for the settlement of this offer.
17.1.26.2 First Card Received/1st Player Booked/ 1st Player to receive Yellow card - In the event of two or more players receiving a card for the same incident then the player who is first shown a card by referee will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
17.1.26.3 Method of Qualification: This market will be settled on the winner of the match combined with a prediction on whether a match will be decided in regular time, extra time or via a penalty shootout.
17.1.26.4 Accumulators: If one selection is voided, the odds of the multiple bet will be reduced to account for the voided selection.
17.1.27 Outright markets:
17.1.27.1 A season or competition is declared as started once the the first game of the scheduled season or competition has begun.
17.1.27.2 If a team is thrown out, disqualified or otherwise removed from a league, one of two actions will apply:
17.1.27.3 If this happens prior to the relevant season/tournament starting, all bets on affected markets will be voided.
17.1.27.4 If this happens after the relevant season/tournament has started, affected markets will stand and the team will be deemed to be relegated/eliminated and all bets on that team will be settled accordingly (assuming that before the end of the season/tournament said team is not reinstated).
17.1.27.5 Top Goalscorer': only the goals scored in the league or competition stated in the quoted division/ tournament count. For example, if a player joins a club during the season, goals scored in a different league will not count, however goals scored in the same league for a different club will count. Own goals will not count nor will goals scored in penalty shootouts. All bets stand whether or not the chosen player plays any minutes of football in the stated competition or season. Dead heat rules apply.
17.1.27.6 Outright Winner': will be settled on the final position/points total of teams at the completion of all scheduled matches. In the event of two or more teams tying the result will be determined by the official result of the governing body. Dead heat rules apply.
17.1.28 Instant match:
17.1.28.1 For the purposes of football, we deem a material event to be one of: goal, penalty, red card.
17.1.28.2 For the purposes of football, we deem a set-piece event to be either a corner or a free-kick deemed dangerous by our data feed.
17.1.28.3 If no data relating to a material or set-piece event is received in the Pending period following an order execution, the bet is confirmed.
17.1.28.4 If data is received indicating that there is a material event potentially occurring (possible goal, possible penalty, possible red card), we halt the markets, and extend the period of pending confirmation for all bets in pending state.
17.1.28.5 If subsequent data indicates this event did not actually happen (no goal, no penalty, no red card), we resume the markets and confirm the bets in a pending state.
17.1.28.6 If subsequent data indicates this event did happen (confirmed goal, confirmed penalty, confirmed red card), we resume the markets and void the bets in a pending state.
17.1.28.7 If data is received indicating there is a significant set-piece occurring (corner kick, free-kick in a dangerous pitch zone), we extend the period of pending confirmations for all bets in pending state, but do not halt the markets.
17.1.28.8 If subsequent data indicates the set-piece has ended (defending team regain possession, ball goes safe, other non-goal event occurs), we confirm the bets in a pending state.
17.1.28.9 If subsequent data indicates the set-piece has lead directly to a goal, we void the bets in a pending state.
17.1.28.10 If data is received indicating that a decision (possible goal, possible penalty, possible red card) will be reviewed using VAR (Video Assistant Referee) technology, we halt the markets, and extend the period of pending confirmation for all bets in pending state.
17.1.28.11 If subsequent data indicates this event did not actually happen (no goal, no penalty, no red card), we resume the markets and confirm the bets in a pending state.
17.1.28.12 If subsequent data indicates this event did happen (confirmed goal, confirmed penalty, confirmed red card), we resume the markets and void the bets in a pending state.
17.1.28.13 If subsequent data indicates that a goal, penalty or red card is reversed after review, we resume the markets and any markets that were determined will be unsettled.
17.2 Basketball
17.2.1 All outcomes are defined according to the final score, including any overtimes, unless there is an offer to bet on a draw after regular time. When there is an offer to bet on a draw after regular time, the main outcomes (1, X, 2, 1X, 2X, 12) in such match are defined by the regular time (without overtimes).
17.2.2 All other kinds of bets, including the bets on statistical data, are defined by full time (including all overtimes). If a team gets a technical foul prior to the start of a match (for ex. the basket is broken, the team is trying to delay the match, there is a fight between players and in result there is a technical foul, etc.), bets on 'First to scores’ are still valid.
17.2.3 In cases where an overtime is played, not because of the regular time result being a draw, but because it is required by tournament regulations, all bets are settled according to regular time result. As for bets on player performances in such a match, all bets are settled including over-time.
17.2.4 Wagering is available on the performance of a named basketball player in a variety of achievements e.g., points, rebounds, assists, blocks, free throws, etc. Markets will be settled according to game stats from the respective official competition site published on the day of the game. Relevant players must see court-time for bets to have action. Overtime counts for any player props unless specified otherwise. If player does not see any court-time, bets on such player’s markets will be void.
17.2.5 Specifically, for in-play bets; if, after placing a bet, the selected player does not see any further court-time, bets will be void.
17.2.6 Individual player's performances are matched for betting purposes in a player match-up. Handicaps may be used and are applied to each player's actual score to determine the result.
17.2.7 3x3, Streetball and Big3 match versions of the sport, settlement will be based on official competition rules. Where a match starts but is not completed, bets will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined.
17.2.8 Match winner: This market will be settled on which team has won after the game has ended. Overtime counts for this market unless you are betting on a match winner market which includes a draw price.
17.2.9 Quarter result: These markets will be settled based on which team scores more points in the specified quarter.
17.2.10 Over/Under: Predict if the points scored by both teams will be over or under a given number.
17.2.11 Half-time/full-time: (6-Way market) This market will be settled on the result at half-time and the result at full-time. Overtime does not count for is included for Half-time/full-time markets.
17.2.12 Point spreads: These markets will settle based on the final score at the end of the game. Overtime counts for point spread markets.
17.2.13 Quarter handicaps: These markets will be settled on the number of points scored in the specified quarter.
17.2.14 Quarter Over/Under markets: These markets will be settled on the combined number of points scored in the specified quarter.
17.2.15 Half Over/Under markets: These markets will be settled on the combined number of points scored in the specified half.
17.2.16 Quarter odd or even score: These markets will be settled based on whether the combined number of points scored in the specified quarter is odd or even.
17.2.17 Half odd or even score: These markets will be settled based on whether the combined number of points scored in the specified half is odd or even.
17.2.18 Second Half / Fourth Quarter Markets – All second half and fourth quarter market selections do not include Overtime periods if they occur.
17.3 Baseball
17.3.1 Bets on these sports are accepted for the entire match time (including overtimes) if it is not stated otherwise. In Baseball, bets on totals and handicaps are accepted for the entire time of the event (including overtimes). If the result including the handicap is a draw or if the total is hit, the bet is refunded. If such an outcome is in a combination bet, then the odds for this bet is 1.00.
17.3.2 Starting Pitchers published on baseball markets are available for information purposes only. Any starting pitchers that are shown in your betting history and/or on your bet slip will not affect your bet, and all bets remain valid, whether the starting pitcher shown starts the match or not.
17.3.3 Bets will be settled as their outcomes become determined. Later decisions to void markets will not affect earlier settled markets if the outcomes of which are unaffected. Matches must begin within 36 hours of the initially scheduled start time, or be voided. If a match begins but is later abandoned or postponed an official result must be declared within 36 hours for outstanding bets that have not yet been unconditionally determined to be valid. Extra innings will be included unless stated otherwise.
17.3.4 At least nine innings (or 8.5 innings if the home team is ahead) must be completed for bets on ‘Total runs’ or ‘Run line’ markets to be valid. This applies except in cases where the match was always scheduled to be played with less innings, (for example scheduled 7 innings double header matches during the 2020 MLB season) or where the outcome of the market has already been determined.
17.3.5 If a match is scheduled to be played with less than 9 innings, at least the stated number of innings (or half an innings less if the home team is ahead) must be completed for bets on 'Total runs' or 'Run line' markets to be valid unless the outcome of the market has already been determined.
17.3.6 If a game is abandoned all bets placed on winner markets will be voided:
17.3.7 If the game is not replayed within 36 hours of the original start time or unless five innings have been played (or 4.5 innings if the home team is ahead).
17.3.8 An official result must still be declared in either of the above cases in order for bets on the winner market to be settled.
17.3.9 Unless otherwise specified, such as for MLB below, all bets will stand regardless of whether a listed starting pitcher starts the first innings for their respective team or not.
17.3.10 Live-Betting: All bets are action regardless of pitching changes. Extra innings count.
17.3.11 Money line Predict: which team will win the game.
17.3.12 Regular Season Wins/Match-Ups: Team must complete at least 160 MLB regular season games (including tie breakers) for bets to have action unless the remaining games during the course of the season do not affect the result.
17.3.13 Total Hits Total: Hits market will be settled by using the official MLB box score immediately following the conclusion of the game. The game must go at least 9 innings (8.5 innings if home team is winning) and both listed pitchers must start for the wager to have action. Extra innings count.
17.3.14 Odd/Even: A prediction of whether the total number of accumulated runs in a game will add up to an odd or even number. The game must go at least 9 full innings (or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead) for bets to have action.
17.3.15 Series betting: Bets are void if the statutory number of games (according to the respective governing Organizations) are not completed or changed.
17.4 American Football
17.4.1 Bets on these sports are accepted for the entire match time (including overtimes) if it is not stated otherwise. In Baseball, bets on totals and handicaps are accepted for the entire time of the event (including overtimes). If the result including the handicap is a draw or if the total is hit, the bet is refunded. If such an outcome is in a combination bet, then the odds for this bet is 1.00.
17.4.2 Match winner: This market will be settled on which team has won after the game has ended. Overtime counts for this market unless you are betting on a match winner market which includes a draw price.
17.4.3 Live-Betting Live: betting game bets include overtime. Points are considered regardless of whether they are scored before or after the bet is placed.

17.4.5 Half-time/full-time: This market will be settled on the result at half-time and the result at full-time. Overtime does not count for Half-time/full-time markets.

17.4.13 Total team points: "Total team points" is similar to Over/Under Wager. Win/loss is determined by the points accumulated by a named team.
17.4.14 To Qualify: Should a team be disqualified from the tournament prior to the match, and a bye is awarded, then all qualification bets will be void.
17.4.15 Team to Score First Touchdown: Predict which team will score first TD in the game. If the match is not completed, then all bets are void unless the market has already been determined.
17.4.16 Team to Score Last Touchdown: Predict which team will score last TD in the game. If the match is not completed, then all bets are void.
17.5 Bandy
17.5.1 At least 80 minutes of the match must have been played for bets to be considered valid. All bets are regular time only unless other is stated. All games must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to have action. The exception is if we advertise an incorrect start time. If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, bets placed based on the original listing will be void. All match markets will be settled on the score at the end of regular time and will exclude overtime if played, unless otherwise stated.
17.5.2 If scheduled playing time is changed from 2 halves x 45 minutes to 3 periods x 30 minutes, full time bets will be considered valid and half-time bets will be void. Halves markets - The relevant half must be completed for bets to have action unless the specific market outcome is already determined.
17.6 Ice Hockey
17.6.1 Bets are accepted for the final winner (including overtime and shootouts), entire match (including overtime, but not the shootout), full time (60 minutes), unless otherwise stated. Handicap and Total bets are accepted for the full time only (60 minutes). If the result including the handicap is tied or if a Total is hit, the bet is refunded. In case such a bet is in a combination, its odds are turned into 1.00. Bets for the correct score are settled according to the full time (60minutes). Bets on statistical data (shots on goal, penalty minutes, goals by player, assists, efficiency points and so on) are settled according to the data of full time (60 minutes). If a match does not begin at the scheduled time and is not played within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets are voided.
17.6.2 1st/2nd/3rd Period: Bets settled on the first/second/third period result only. The 3rd period excludes overtime. The relevant period must be completed for bets to have action. If a match is abandoned during the second period, all first period bets are still valid. If a match is abandoned during the third period, all first/second period bets are still valid.
17.6.3 ML Predict: predict the winner of the match including overtime and penalties.
17.6.4 Over/Under: Predict the total goals achieved in a match. Over/Under bets on pre and live games will be settling with the regulation result. Examples: Over 2 Bets win if there are three or more goals scored in the match. If there are two goals exactly, the stake is returned. Bets lose if there is 0 or 1 goal scored in the match. Over 2.5 Bets win if there are three or more goals scored in the match. Bets lose if there are 0, 1 or 2 goals scored in the match.
17.6.5 Winning Margin: Pick which team will win and by what goal difference in regular time
17.6.6 Total Goals: Predict the total goals achieved in the match.
17.6.7 Number of Goals: Bet on the total number of goals scored by the two teams within the official 60-minute play. Own goals are counted for betting purposes.
17.6.8 Draw No Bet: Predict the winner team. In the event of a draw all bets are void and stakes are refunded.
17.6.9 Overtime: Predict whether the game will go to overtime or not
17.6.10 Most Goals: Predict in which period the most goals will be scored. If 2 or more periods have the same score, all bets will be void. Most goals excludes overtime
17.6.11 1st To 3 Goals: Predict which team will be the first to score 3 goals. Over time is included for this bet type for all leagues. All penalty shootouts will be considered as one goal. For example: if team A is the first team to score in a penalty shootout when the regulation time is tied with 2:2, and team B won the penalty shootouts, then team B is the first team to score for this purpose.
17.6.12 Finishing Position: Predict which team will be ahead in final tournament position. If one or more teams fail to start the tournament, all bets are considered void and stakes will be refunded.
17.6.13 Regular Season Point Totals: All scheduled games must be played for wagers to have action.
17.7 Tennis
17.7.1 Bets involving handicaps and totals are settled according to the entire match time. If the result including handicap is tied or the total is hit, the bet is refunded. If the bet is included in a combination, the odds are turned into 1.00. If it is a match between teams (like Davis Cup) and one or more players are not participating in a match and are replaced by others, the bets remain valid.
17.7.2 If it is a doubles match and one of the players is not participating in the match and is substituted by another player, the bets on this match are refunded (odds turn into 1.00). If in the moment of betting there are no certain players announced, the bets remain valid. If the match format changes (for ex. 2 sets instead of 3), the bets on such match are refunded (odds are turned into 1.00.
17.7.3 In case the match is not fully completed due to player’s early retirement (for example due to the injury), the bets on the winner of the match are voided and refunded. The bets on the statistics of the match (aces, double faults, serve speed and similar), which are not known (or are affected) until the early retirement, are voided and refunded. The bets on the statistics of the match (aces, serve speed and similar) that are known (or are not affected) until the early retirement, remain valid. In case a player, who started the tournament, withdraws due to an injury or any other reason, all bets related to their performance in the tournament remain valid.
17.7.4 Surface data is of informative nature, so if it changes, the bets remain valid. If one of the participants does not complete the match, only the outcomes of the games played remain valid, and in the option of interpretation of the winner of the competitions, the winning is paid only taking into consideration the effective technical victory. Bets with other betting outcomes are canceled. If one of the participants did not start in the match (disqualification, injury, etc.), the odds for the match are turned into 1.00. In all such cases bets are refunded (odds are turned into 1.00).
17.7.5 No refunds for non-starters and unlisted winners. All bets stand if a player withdraws before or during the tournament.
17.7.6 Winner Full Time including Live Betting: If the full statutory number of sets hasn’t been completed, all bets will be deemed as void.
17.7.7 Asian Handicap & O/U Sets Full Time: including Live Betting Refers to the sets played in the match. Win/loss is determined by the number of sets accumulated by both players. If the full statutory number of sets hasn’t been completed, all bets will be deemed as void. A super tie break is considered as one set for bets on O/U.
17.7.8 Games Point Winner / Games First Point Winner Predict: which player will win the stated point. The nominated point will be featured in the name of the bet type, for example: 1st set - 5th game – 1st Point Winner. If a point is not played for any reason – it is awarded by the umpire as a penalty point, the game or the match is over before the point is played, a player withdraws, etc. – bets on it will be void. In the event of the next scheduled game(s) being a Tie-break all bets on that game(s) will be void, with the exception of ‘Next Game First Point’.
17.7.9 Game Winner Predict: which player will win the stated game. The nominated game will be featured in the name of the bet type, for example: 2ndset – 7th game – Winner. If a game is not completed for any reason, bets on it will be void. Tie break games will not be counted for this bet type.
17.7.10 Game Exact Score Predict: the points of the winner and his opponent in the stated game by choosing from the given options. The nominated game will be featured in the name of the bet type, for example: 1 st set – 8th game – Exact Score. If a game is not completed for any reason, bets on it will be void. In the event of the next scheduled game(s) being a Tie-break all bets on that game(s) will be void, with the exception of ‘Next Game First Point’.
17.7.11 Accumulators: If one selection is voided, the odds of the multiple bet will be reduced to account for the voided selection.
17.7.12 Outright
Predict the winner of the tournament: If the selected player does not play a point, all bets on the player are void.
Winning Continent: Predict which continent will the winner of the tournament come from? Nationality, as displayed by the sport's governing body, will be used for settlement purposes.
Winner Age O/U: Predict if the winner of the tournament be above or below the stated age. If the winners age is the same as the line, the number of days after the players birthday will be taken into account 182 days or under will be settled as under whereas 183 or over will be settled as over.
Winner Without X: Predict the winner of the tournament without the stated player. If the stated player wins the tournament the runner up will be settled as the winner. First-time winner - Predict if the winner of the tournament has won it previously.
Total Aces O/U Tournament: Predict if the total Aces in the tournament be above or below the stated line.
Total Holds O/U Tournament: Predict if the total holds of serve in the tournament be above or below the stated line.
Total Double Faults O/U Tournament: Predict if the total Double Faults in the tournament be above or below the stated line.
17.8 Formula-1
17.8.1 Winner: A winner is the racer who finished first according to the primary classification protocol right after the race.
17.8.2 Finishing Position: The racer's finishing position in an interval according to the race protocol (first to third, third to sixth, etc.).
17.8.3 Better Result/Performance: A bet on which of the two racers will perform better. The better performance is the higher position in the final classification. If both players did not finish the race, the better performance is considered to be by the racer who finished more laps. If both racers did not finish the race and completed the same number of laps, the bet on this outcome is refunded (odds turn into 1.00).
17.8.4 Finish/Will not Finish: Bet on whether the racer will finish the race (whole distance). A racer who trailed the leader by a few laps, but was still classified, is considered to have finished the race.
17.8.5 Fastest lap: Bets are accepted on which racer will achieve the best single lap time.
17.8.6 Safety car: Bets on whether the safety car will be involved in a race.
17.9 Handball
17.9.1 According to the Chinese Handball League rules, if one of the teams has a 15-goal advantage over its opponents, the game ends and the team in the lead is declared the winner. All bets made on such game remain valid. All bets are regular time only unless other is stated.
17.9.2 Live-Betting: If the event is not completed, then all bets will be void, unless otherwise stated or the outcome has already been determined.
17.9.3 Over/Under: Predict if the total number of goals scored by both teams will be over or under a given number. If the game is abandoned then all bets will be void, unless the outcome has already been determined.
17.9.4 Alternative Goals: Predict if the total number of goals scored by both teams will be over or under a given alternative number. If the game is abandoned then all bets will be void, unless the outcome has already been determined.
17.9.5 1st Half Bets (1X2, Handicap and Over/Under): are settled on the first half result only. If the 1st half is not completed then all bets are void, unless the outcome has already been determined.
17.9.6 2nd Half Bets (1X2, Handicap and Over/Under): are settled on the second half result only. If the 2nd half is not completed then all bets are void, unless the outcome has already been determined.
17.9.7 First team to score/Last team to score: Predict which team will score the first/last goal in the match. Own goals count towards the team credited with the goal. If a game is abandoned after a goal is scored, then all bets on First team to score will stand, while bets on Last team to score will be void.
17.9.8 Odd/Even: A prediction of whether the total number of accumulated goals by both teams will add up to an odd or even number.
17.9.9 Halftime/Fulltime: Predict the result of a match at halftime and at the end of regular time. If a game is abandoned, bets will be void. Example: If you choose 1/X, you bet on the home team to lead in the first half and the match to end in a draw. Extra time doesn’t count.
17.9.10 Race to X Goals: Predict which team will be the first to reach X goals. If the game is abandoned then all bets will be void, unless the outcome has already been determined. Includes Neither.
17.9.11 Highest Scoring Half: Predict in which half most goals will be scored. Includes Draw.
17.9.12 Total team goals "Total team goals": is similar to Over/Under Wager. Win/loss is determined by the goals accumulated by a named team. If the game is abandoned then all bets will be void, unless the outcome has already been determined.
17.10 Poker
17.10.1 The player needs to reach a higher spot in the event and cash than the other player or the player needs to last a level longer than their opponent. If not - the H2H bet is void. Both players must compete in the tournament or bets are off and the bet is refunded.
17.10.2 Biathlon, Skiing, Ski Jumping, Alpine Skiing, Nordic Combined, Speed Skating, Kayak, Shooting, Surfing
17.10.3 Both competitors/teams quoted in the head-to-head must leave the start line for bets to stand. If neither competitor/team finishes in an event with multiple runs, the number of runs completed will determine the winner. If one of the competitors/teams did not start the competition, bets will be voided. Bets will be settled according to the final standings, unless otherwise stated.
17.11 Athletics
17.11.1 The winner is determined by the official results list. In "Head-to-Heads", the participant who has the best final position wins. If one participant should proceed further than the other one, the one proceeding the furthest will win. If both participants get knocked out on the same level, for instance if both participants fail to proceed from the quarter-finals, bets are considered void and the odds is set to 1.00. If one participant is a no show all head-to-head or special bets involving that participant will be void, however outright bets will stand.
17.12 Aussie Rules
17.12.1 The winner is determined by the official results list on AFL. If any match ends in a draw/tie, including overtime if played, then stakes will be refunded unless a price is offered for the draw/tie.
17.12.2 Gameplay specifics: Like many other codes of football, the way to score points is to score goals. In Australian Football, there are two types of scores: a goal and a behind. A goal umpire judges whether a goal or behind is scored.
17.12.3 Game length: The length of a game of Australian Football can vary from league to league but is generally around 15 to 25 minutes per quarter. In the AFL, each quarter runs for 20 minutes plus time on – which makes up for time occupied in stoppages, such as when the ball going out of bounds, injuries, goals (or behinds) being kicked, or when the umpire is setting the angle of a free kick on goal. Time is kept by two off-field officials, known as "timekeepers", who sound the siren at the start and end of each quarter. A typical AFL quarter might run from 27 to 33 minutes, but may be even longer if, for instance, injuries cause delays. AFL breaks after the first and third quarters are six minutes, with a 20-minute break at halftime.
17.12.4 1st Quarter / 2nd Quarter / 3rd Quarter / 4th Quarter: Bets settled on 1st/2nd/3rd/4th – Quarter Result final result only. If a match is abandoned at any time those Quarter markets that are already determined will stand.
17.12.5 1st Half / 2nd Half: Bets settled on the first/second half result only. Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half time. If a match is abandoned during the second half all first half bets are still valid.
17.12.6 Total Points / Goals / Behinds: Predict how many Points (combined between Goals & Behinds), Goals or Behinds (counted as separate scoring) – will be scored during the match.
17.12.7 Winning Margin: Predict the Team to win the Match and the victory margin.
17.13 Badminton
17.13.1 All bets are settled according to the official results of the event in question. If a specific event is suspended or postponed, bets remain valid provided that the event is completed on the same venue within 12 hours.
17.13.2 One full game must be completed for bets to stand. If less than 1 game is completed in the match, all bets will be considered void. If any participants retire, the handicap bets and Over/Under bets will be considered as void unless there is no possible way the match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of that market.
17.14 Beach Soccer
17.14.1 All bets are regular time only unless otherwise stated. Regular time is defined by the official rules published by the respective governing association. If a match starts earlier than the scheduled time, all bets placed after the actual time started will be deemed void.
17.14.2 No adjustments to settlement will be made for any changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event or tournament.
17.15 Beach Volleyball
17.15.1 No refunds for non-starters and unlisted winners. All bets stand if a player withdraws before or during the tournament.
17.16 Boxing/Martial Arts
17.16.1 Results will be graded based on the official result decided at ringside. The result may be revised or altered after initial presentation by the ring announcer. Bets are not official until results verified by officials at the fighting venue.
17.16.2 Any alterations after the ringside result by sanctioning body which overturns of a fight decision based on appeal, lawsuit, drug testing result, or any other sanction will not be recognized, and bets will remain as they were based on ringside result.
17.16.3 Bets on a fighter to win by "KO/TKO" are consider winners if the fighter KO, TKO or corner stoppage only.
17.16.4 For settlement purposes where a half round is stated then up to and including 1 minute and 29 seconds, will determine settlement as ‘Under’; 1 minute 30 seconds and after will determine settlement as ‘Over’ the respective round quote.
17.16.5 For MMA fights specifically, where a half round is stated then 2 minute 30 seconds of the respective round will define the half to determine under or over.
17.16.6 When a draw occurs, wagers on either fighter to win are refunded apart from any bets where the draw option is offered. Any other bets are graded according to their specific wording.
17.16.7 Any fight that is deemed "no contest" or "no decision" will have all wagers refunded.
17.16.8 Winner: All bets will be valid regardless of changes to number of rounds to be fought. Declaration of a draw - all bets will be void and stakes will be refunded, except otherwise stated (3 Way ML). This includes a fight which ends in a Majority Draw. Bets will be settled on the official result announced in the ring. Subsequent appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result).
17.16.9 Draw or Technical Draw: Draw is scorecard draw. Technical Draw is if the referee stops the fight before the start of the 5th round, for any reason other than Knockout, Technical Knockout or disqualification.
17.16.10 Total Rounds: If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed then bets already placed will be void and stakes returned. For settlement purposes where a half round is stated then 1 minute 30 seconds of the respective round will define the half to determine under or over. In the case of Women’s Boxing and 2 minute rounds over 1:00 will define the half of the round. For example: Over 90 seconds into the 7th round of a boxing fight will equal Over 6.5 rounds
17.16.11 KO or TKO: Knockout (KO) is when the boxer does not stand up after a 10 count. Technical Knockout (TKO) is the 3 knockdown rule or if the referee steps in. Any corner retirement will be considered a technical knockout (TKO) unless the fight is subsequently decided by the judges’ scorecards or is a declared a No Contest.
17.16.12 Technical Decision: Decision is on scorecard points between the judges. Technical Decision is settled by the judges’ scorecards at any time other than at the end of the scheduled rounds.
17.16.13 Majority Decision: Decision is on scorecard points between the judges. Majority Decision is defined as the same fighter scoring more points than the other, on two of the judges' scorecards, but the third judge scoring equally for both fighters (a draw).
17.16.14 Split Decision: Decision is on scorecard points between the judges. Split Decision is defined as the same fighter scoring more points than the other on two of the judges' scorecards, but the third judge scoring the other fighter as the winner.
17.16.15 Unanimous Decision: Decision is on scorecard points between the judges. Unanimous Decision is defined as the same fighter scoring more points than the other on all three of the judges' scorecards.
17.16.16 Disqualified Opponent: Defined as when a bout is stopped short of a KO, TKO or judges' decision because, intentionally, one or both contestants have repeatedly fouled or violated other rules, and the referee declares a disqualified boxer who as a result automatically loses the bout to the opponent.
17.17 Cricket
17.17.1 Results will be settled according to the official competition rules. All bets are regular time only unless otherwise is stated. In the case of a draw in regular time on a market where the draw has not been offered.
17.17.2 1st Over Total Runs: Prices will be offered for the total runs scored during the 1st over of the match. Only Extras and Penalty runs accredited to a specific delivery will count for settlement purposes. The over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement is already determined.
17.17.3 1st Wicket Method: The options available are: Caught, Bowled, LBW, Run Out, Stumped and Any Other (includes Sent Off/Retired Out). Bets will be settled on the 1st wicket to fall in the match. If no wicket falls during the match, then all bets will be void.
17.17.4 Most Run Outs 3-Way: Prices will be offered on which team creates the most runouts whilst fielding. If a match is reduced in overs and a match result is reached, then the team who effected most run-outs whilst fielding regardless of the amount of overs bowled will be the winners.
17.17.5 Player of the Match: Bets will be settled on the officially declared player of the match.
17.17.6 To Score Most Runs: Both players must reach the crease for bets to stand. Settlement is based on the official score(s) of the specified batsman.
17.17.7 1st Innings Run Handicap: Both team's 1st Innings must be completed (including declarations) for bets to stand.
17.17.8 Most Sixes (Series): In the event of two or more players ending on an equal number of sixes then dead-heat rules apply.
17.17.9 Batsman Matches (Series): In Test Series, runs scored in both innings will count. In the event of two or more players ending on an equal number of runs then bets void.
17.17.10 Method of Dismissal (2-Way): The options available are: Caught and Not Caught. If no further wickets fall all bets will be void.
17.17.11 1st Innings Score: Prices will be offered for the number of runs scored during the 1st innings of the match, regardless of which team bats first.
17.17.12 A Hundred to Be Scored in the Match: The following minimum number of overs must be scheduled, and there must be an official result (Duckworth - Lewis counts) otherwise all bets are void, unless settlement is already determined.
17.17.13 Twenty20 Matches: The full 20 overs for each team.
17.17.14 One Day Matches: At least 40 overs for each team.
17.17.15 Test and First Class Matches: The whole match counts. In drawn matches there must be a minimum of 200 overs bowled.
17.18 Cycling
17.18.1 Stage Rider H2H’s: For match betting, both participants must start the event for bets to be valid. All bets will be settled according to the official ruling federation (UCI, or any other official federation).
17.18.2 If for whatever reason a selection/participant does not start a Cycling race, the bet is lost even if the event takes place. No refunds for non-starters.
17.18.3 All bets will be void on tours that are abandoned unless five stages have been completed and official result has been called unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled. All bets will be void on individual races or stages that are abandoned before an official result has been called unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled.
17.18.4 Race/Stage Winner: Predict which cyclist or team will win the Race/Stage in question.
17.18.5 Individual/Team Head 2 Head: Predict which team/cyclist will achieve higher finishing position in the race. All teams/cyclists in question should start the race, otherwise bets will be voided. At least one of the teams/cyclists in question should finish the race, otherwise bets will be voided.
17.18.6 Special bets: Predict the winner of a special category in the race, such as 'King of the Mountains', 'Best sprinter', 'Best young player' etc., which are awarded with relevant colored jersey (red, green, white, etc.)
17.19 Curling
17.19.1 Tournament Winner: If for whatever reason a selection/participant does not start a Curling event, the bet is lost even if the event takes place. No refunds for non-starters.
17.19.2 Match Betting: All matches will be settled on the final score. For betting purposes extra ends will count.
17.19.3 Winner: Predict which team will win the match. If the match is not completed, all bets are void.
17.19.4 Full Time Handicap: Predict which team will win the match after the handicap scores have been applied. All bets will be void if the match is not completed.
17.19.5 Full Time Over/Under: Predict the total number of points in the match. If the match is not completed then all bets are void unless the market has already been determined.
17.19.6 Outright: Predict the team that will win the tournament. Bets will be settled on the official standings
17.20 Darts
17.20.1 No refunds for non-starters and unlisted winners. All bets stand if a player withdraws before or during the tournament. If the match starts but does not finish the player that progresses to the next round will be deemed the winner.
17.20.2 If a match is not completed for any reason all bets on Match Legs/Sets Under/Over, Total Match Legs/Sets and Handicaps will be voided unless the result is already determined.
17.20.3 In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. For Premier League darts events, match betting may be offered in the form of 3-Way, and 2-Way markets. For settlement purposes the 3-Way market includes the Tie option. Bets will be void in the 2-Way market if the match result is a tie.
17.20.4 Pre-Live betting: Outright Predict the winner of the tournament. In the event of a non-runner, all bets are void.
17.20.5 In-Play betting: Bets on any match market abandoned before the full completion of the statutory number of legs/sets will be void.
17.20.6 Winner Full Time: Predict which player will win the match. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory is deemed the winner for settlement purposes. In the event of the statutory number of sets/legs being changed or differing from those offered for betting purposes then all bets will stand. Bets are void in the two-way market if the match result is a tie.
17.20.7 Handicap: Predict which player will win the match after the handicap scores have been applied. In the event of the statutory number of sets/legs not being completed, changed, or differing from those offered for betting purposes then all bets are void. All bets will be void if match is not completed.
17.20.8 Exact Score: Predict the exact score of the game. If match is not completed, then all bets are void.
17.20.9 Draw No Bet: Predict the winner. In case of draw, all bets are void. If match is not completed, then all bets are void.
17.20.10 Over/Under Full Time: Predict the total number of sets/legs completed in the match. If the match is not completed, then all bets are void unless the quote has been exceeded.
17.20.11 Handicap Full Time: Predict which player will win the match after the handicap scores have been applied. In the event of the statutory number of sets/legs not being completed, changed, or differing from those offered for betting purposes then all bets are void. All bets will be void if match is not completed.
17.20.12 Over/Under Full Time: The prediction of the total number of sets/legs completed in the match. If the match is not completed, then all bets are void unless the quote has been exceeded
17.21 Field Hockey
17.21.1 The winner is determined by the official results list. Where the venue of any arranged match is changed the selection will be void.
17.21.2 Winner- Outright: Predict the winner of the league/tournament. Bets will be settled according to the final standings, including playoffs if played, unless otherwise stated.
17.21.3 Group Winner Bets: are settled according to the final Group position.
17.22 Futsal
17.22.1 All bets are regular time only unless otherwise stated. Regular time is defined by the official rules published by the respective governing association. If a match starts earlier than the scheduled time, all bets placed after the actual time started will be deemed void.
17.22.2 No adjustments to settlement will be made for any changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event or tournament.
17.22.3 Water polo
17.22.4 All match markets will be settled on regulation time, unless stated otherwise. Regulation time must be completed for bets to stand unless otherwise stated. In the event of a match starting but not being completed then bets will be void
17.23 Floorball
17.23.1 All games must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to have action. All bets are settled according to the official results of the event in question. At least 55 minutes of a match must have been played for bets to be considered valid. All bets are regular time unless otherwise stated. If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, bets placed based on the original listing will be void.
17.23.2 All relevant markets, available either for pre-live or live betting, has been specified at the end of the respective bet type inside square brackets, clarifying how the settlement will affect the selections.
17.23.3 Specific Market Rules (Excluding OT) :
17.23.4 First To Score: If the match is abandoned before a goal is scored then bets will be void.
17.23.5 Total Goals Odd/Even: If there is no score all bets will be settled as Even.
17.23.6 Winning Margin: includes Tie.
17.23.7 Highest Scoring Period: Predict the highest scoring period. Excludes overtime, if 2 or more periods have the same score, Draw will be settled as the result.
17.23.8 1st period/ Full Time: Predict the winner at the end of the 1st Period and the Full Time winner.
17.23.9 Race To X Goals: includes Neither.
17.23.10 Settlements: All settlements are based on the statistics and results provided by the official website of the league’s governing body on the day of the game, unless otherwise stated.
17.24 Golf
17.24.1 Bets are settled according to official tournament and match results. For ‘Round’ head to head’s it is required that both participants play at least one ball each in the particular ‘Round’ for bets to stand. For ‘Tournament’ head to heads it is required that both participants play at least one ball each in the tournament for bets to stand. Should both golfers fail to complete all rounds then the golfer with the higher finishing position is the winner.
17.24.2 If the event is shortened, for instance due to adverse weather, bets will be settled as long as there is an official tournament result (according to the tournament rules, e.g. a minimum of 54 holes played in a PGA tournament) regardless of the number of rounds played.
17.24.3 Bets accepted after the end of a day’s play are void if there is no further play that counts towards the result of the tournament (other than a playoff).
17.24.4 Outright Betting/Top Nationality (Top US/GB & Ire etc.): All outright bets are settled on the player winning the trophy. The result of play-offs is taken into account. Dead-heat rules will apply. All bets stand except for those placed on participants not competing in the first round. Official tour site results at the time of trophy presentation are used for settlement purposes (subsequent disqualification after this time does not count).
17.24.5 In the event that there is a change to or decrease in the booked number of rounds or openings played in the competition, wagers set on this market will stand if 36 holes of the tournament have been completed. If less than 36 holes have been completed or outright bets were placed after the last shot of the previous completed round then bets will be void.
17.24.6 For Top Nationality betting, the winners will be settled in the same way as outright bets, subject to Dead-heat, with only the players quoted counting for settlement purposes. Same rules also apply to Top Nationality bets where we offer the winner market after a specific round of a tournament.
17.24.7 The four ‘Majors’, namely the US Masters, USPGA, US Open and British Open Championships. Pre-Tournament Outright Winner bets will stand so long as the event is completed in the calendar year, otherwise they will be void.
17.24.8 First round winner: The winner will be the player achieving the highest placing at the end of the first round.
17.24.9 Winner without the favorite/nominated players: Who will win the market without selected players. Dead-heat rules apply.
17.24.10 End of Round Leader: The player with the leading score at the end of the specified round will be deemed the winner. Dead-heat rules apply.
17.24.11 Top 4, 5, 6, 10, 20 Finish: A Player to finish within the Top 4, Top 5, Top 6, Top 10 or Top 20 of a specific tournament. Dead heat rules apply. Same rules also apply for top finishes after a specific round of a tournament.
17.24.12 Seasonal Money lists (Race to Dubai, PGA Tour etc.): Bets placed on money lists such as the Race to Dubai & PGA Money List are to predict which golfer tops the official money list at the end of the European season for the Race to Dubai and the American season for the PGA Tour Money List. For the US Seniors Tour it is the PGA Champions Tour money list and for the US Women’s main tour it is the LPGA Tour money list. Bets will be determined by the overall winner following the last relevant tournament and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries or alterations. Does not include FedEx Cup Winner Bonus.
17.24.13 Money line: If an individual match-up ends in a tie then bets will be void.
17.24.14 18 hole match-ups: Bets stand once the players have teed off the first hole. If a round is abandoned then bets on that round are void. The winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes ( or highest points total for Tournaments using the Stableford Scoring system ). If an individual match-up ends in a tie then bets will be void. Play-offs do not count.
17.24.15 18 Hole 2 and 3 Ball Betting: Bets stand once the players have teed off the first hole. If a round is abandoned, then bets on that round are void. In the event that pairings or groups change, then all bets will be made void. The winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes. For tournament using the Stableford scoring system the highest points scorer during the round is the winner. In 2 ball betting, where a price is not offered for the tie then bets will be void in the event of a tie. In 3 ball betting dead heat rules will apply. For Hole winner markets, bets stand once all nominated players tee off the designated hole. For a player to win the hole, he must score a lower score than every other player on that specified hole. If a player withdraws during the hole, then bets on the withdrawn player will be settled as a loser. Bets are settled once the players leave the green. For Hole group betting, bets are settled based on the score over a specified group of holes. For a player to win the group of holes, he must score a lower score than every other player on the specified holes. Bets will be void if one of the players does not tee off on the first of the specified holes. If a player withdraws during the specified group of holes, then bets on that player will be settled as a loser.
17.24.16 Dead-heat rules: If 2 or more selections finish in the same position, the stake will be divided proportionally.

17.24.22 Note – Dead-heat rules apply to the stake and not to the odds
17.24.23 Tournament Group Betting: Which player will achieve the highest placing at the end of the tournament from the group of named players. Players are grouped together for betting purposes. If a player in the group withdraws before the tournament begins the market will be void. Dead-heat Rules Apply. At least 36 holes must be completed.
17.24.24 Tournament Trios: As above but with 3 golfers grouped together.
17.24.25 5/6 Shooters: Predict which of the 5 or 6 players in a group will win the round. Dead-heat rules apply.
17.24.26 To Make/Miss the Cut: The first official cut will be used to settle this market. Any subsequent cut will be irrelevant. Any player who withdraws or is disqualified prior to the first cut will be deemed to have missed the cut. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.
17.24.27 Tournament Hole in One: Whether a hole in one will be scored during the tournament. Bets will stand as long as a minimum of 36 holes of a tournament are played. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.
17.24.28 Round Hole-in-One: Will a hole-in-one be scored during a particular round of tournament? Bets will stand as long as the particular round is completed. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.
17.24.29 Hole-in-One on Specific Hole in Tournament: Will a hole-in-one be scored on a particular hole during the tournament. Bets will stand as long as a minimum of 36 holes of a tournament are played. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.

17.24.37 Tournament Winning Score:
- To predict what the tournament winner’s winning score is at the end of the tournament. Settlement will be upon the completion of 72 holes otherwise bets are void. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.
- Tournament Highest Round Score: Predict the lowest individual round score carded by a player during the tournament. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website. Where markets contain a specific list of players to shoot the lowest tournament round score, DeadHeat rules will apply.
- Lowest Tournament Round Score: Predict the lowest individual round score carded by a player during the tournament. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.
- Will there be an Albatross: Will an Albatross be scored during the tournament? An Albatross is a score of 3 under par on any particular hole. Bets will stand as long as a minimum of 36 holes of a tournament are played. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.
- Score Cut is made at: At what score to par will the tournament cut be made at. The first official cut will be used to settle this market. Any subsequent cut will be irrelevant. Bets are resulted from the Official tournament website.
- Double Chance/Triple Chance: Betting on whether one of the two/three named players will win the tournament In the event of one or more of the selections being a non-runner bets will be void.
- Straight/Dual Forecast: For straight forecasts, players must come 1st and 2nd in the specified order, and in Dual forecasts players must come 1st or 2nd in either order. Both players must tee off for bets to stand; otherwise bets will be void. In the event of a tie for second place, Dead heat rules will apply.
- Top Players – Top Left Hander/Senior/Debutant/Former Winner/Qualifier etc. Which left-handed/Senior golfer etc. will finish highest in the tournament in the above various categories. Dead Heat rules apply. Settled according to the Official tournament website.
- Player Round Scores: What score will a player shoot for a given round. Void If there is a change in Par to the course. Player must complete the whole round for bets to stand.
- Round Handicap: The handicap is applied to the specified players’ Round Scores, with the lowest score being the winner. e.g. Player A + 0.5 scores 70, Player B - 0.5 scores 70, Player B is settled as the winner once the handicap has been applied.
- Player Hole Scores: What score will a player shoot on a given hole. Void If there is a change in Par of the hole. If a player withdraws before teeing off on a given hole, bets on that hole will be void. If a player withdraws having started a hole, bets will be settled as ‘Over Par’.
17.25 Rugby Union/Rugby League
17.25.1 Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled on 80 minutes of play, including any stoppage time. For rugby 7s, bets are settled at the end of normal time.
17.25.2 If a match is abandoned, bets will be voided unless the outcome of a market is already determined, or an official result is declared by the governing body.
17.25.3 If the venue is changed from the advertised one, all bets on that match are void.
17.25.4 In the event of a change of opponent in the scheduled match, all bets for that match are void.
17.25.5 Full time result: This market will be settled on which team has won after regular time has expired or if there is a draw. In markets where draw is not offered as a selection, the market will be settled based on the result after overtime.
17.25.6 Total Score: This market will be settled on the sum of the points scored after regular time has expired.
17.25.7 Half-time/full-time winners: This market will be settled on the result at half-time and the result at end of regular time.
17.25.8 Handicap: This market will be settled based on the result of the match at the end of regular time with the stated handicap is applied.
17.25.9 Total Match Points: Predict the total number of points scored in the match.
17.25.10 Total Match Tries: Predict whether the total number of tries scored in the match will be over or under a specific figure.
17.25.11 Total Team Points Odd/Even: Predict whether the total number of points scored in the match will be an odd or an even number.
17.25.12 Total Team Tries Odd/Even: Predict whether the total number of points scored by the home/away team in the match will be an odd or an even number.
17.25.13 Total Team Points – Home and Away: Predict the total points scored by the home/away team in the match.
17.25.14 Total Team Tries – Home and Away: Predict whether the total number of tries scored by the home/away team in the match will be an odd or an even number.
17.25.15 Race To Points: Predict which team will be the first to reach desired certain number of points – Home Team / Away Team / Neither selections are available for betting.
17.25.16 Time of 1st Try/Time of 1st Try 2nd Half: Predict whether the first try will be scored before or after a specific time.
17.25.17 Outright: Bets are settled on final league position include playoffs unless stated otherwise.
17.25.18 Group Winner: Bets are settled on final Group position.

17.25.22 Halftime/Fulltime: Predict the result of a match at half-time and at full-time.
17.25.23 Example: If you chose 1/X, you bet on the home team to lead in the first half and the match ending in draw.
17.25.24 Highest Scoring Half
17.25.25 Predict in which half most points will be scored. Bets are void if the match is abandoned.
17.26 Snooker & Pool
17.26.1 Outright Winner Betting: No refunds for non-starters and unlisted winners. All bets stand if a player withdraws before or during the tournament.
17.26.2 Match Result: If a match starts but is not completed for any reason the player progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner. In a league match bets will be settled on the official result.
17.26.3 Handicap and Total Frames Under/Over: If a match is not completed for any reason all handicap bets will be voided unless the result is already determined.

17.26.6 Over/Under: If the statutory number of frames in a match are not completed, changed, or different from those offered for betting purposes, bets will be void. In the event of a disqualification or retirement bets will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed for whatever reason or a match not starting at all, all bets are refunded.
17.26.7 1st Frame Markets: In the event of the first frame not being completed bets will be void unless the outcome has already been determined. First Legally Potted Color/To Pot First Ball/To Pot Last Ball - In the event of a re-rack the original frame will count for settlement purposes providing a color/ball has been potted. Settlement will be determined by official tournament sources. Betting does not include foul shots.
17.26.8 First Frame Player Total Points Odd/Even: For settlement purposes zero counts as Even. First Frame Total Points – In the event of a re-rack all points count towards First Frame Total. First Frame Breaks – In the event of a re-rack breaks of above 50 and 100 count before and after a re-rack is agreed. First Frame Foul – In the event of a re-rack a foul can occur anytime before or after a re-rack is agreed.
17.26.9 Match to go to the Deciding Frame: If the original scheduled number of frames in a match are not completed, changed, or different from those offered for betting purposes, bets will be void. All bets void if match is not completed.
17.27 Swimming
17.27.1 Bets will be settled based on the official result at the end of the race. Later disqualifications or changes in the official result list will not affect bets. Any swimmer disqualified due to false start will be counted as a participant.
17.28 Table Tennis
17.28.1 The winner is determined by the official results list.
17.28.2 In the event of any of the named players in a match changing before the match starts then all bets are void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all bets will be void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined, or unless there is no conceivable way the game and/or match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of a specific market.
17.28.3 Winner-Outright: Predict the winner of the tournament. The player must start Round 1.
17.28.4 Match Winner: Predict the winner of the match.
17.28.5 Match Game Handicap: Predict the winner of the match once the game handicap value has been applied.
17.28.6 Match Point Handicap: Predict the winner of the match once the point handicap value has been applied.
17.28.7 Total Points: Predict the total number of points scored in a specified match.
17.28.8 Total Games: Predict the total number of games played in the match.
17.28.9 Correct Score: Predict the correct score in the specified match; i.e. Correct Match Score, Correct Game 1 Score, etc.
17.28.10 Game Handicap: Predict the winner of a specified game once the handicap value has been applied.
17.28.11 Game Total Points: Predict the total number of points that are scored in a specified game.
17.28.12 Next Point Winner: Predict the next competitor to score a point within a specified game.
17.28.13 Next Game Winner: Predict the winner of the next game. If the game is not completed or not played for any reason, all bets will be void.
17.28.14 Lead After: Predict the competitor to lead after a specified number of points in a game.
17.28.15 Race To: Predict the competitor to reach a specified number of points in a game.
17.29 Volleyball
17.29.1 If the match is abandoned before full time, all bets are considered void and the odds set to 1.00.
17.29.2 For competitions with two legs ties are decided by a ‘Golden Set’. For settlement purposes the Golden Set does not count. Except markets such as: Which Team Qualifies? Which team will advance? Will they need to Play Golden Set? Or any other market which specifies Golden Set in the description.
17.29.3 No refunds for non-starters and unlisted winners. All bets stand if a player withdraws before or during the tournament.
17.29.4 Live-Betting: If the event is not completed, all bets will be void. Exceptions are made for bets on sets which are already over, in this case the bets will be settled. Points are considered regardless of whether they are scored before or after the bet is placed.
17.29.5 Winner: Predict the winner of the game. A best-of-five sets format is used. Golden Set is not counted for settling purposes.
17.29.6 Handicap: Predict the winner of the game in sets. Bets are determined by sets accumulated by both teams, applying the given handicap. Bets are void if the statutory number of sets is not completed or changed.
17.29.7 Over/Under: Predict over or under a given number of sets will be played for the winner to be determined.
17.29.8 Set Score: Predict the sets' score at the end of the match. Bets are void if the statutory number of sets is not completed or changed.
17.29.9 Total Points: Total Points is similar to Handicap and Over/Under Wager. Win/loss is determined by the number of points accumulated by both teams, and then by comparing these points with the handicap and/or over/under given before the match started.
17.29.10 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set Winner: Predict the winner of the relevant set.
17.29.11 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th Handicap: Predict the winner of the relevant set, considering the given point Handicap.
17.29.12 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set Over/Under: Predict if the sum of the points scored by both teams in the relevant set will be over or under a given number.
17.29.13 Match Odd/Even, 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set Odd/Even: Predict if the sum of the points scored by both teams in the match/relevant set will be an odd or an even number.
17.29.14 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set Winning Margin: Predict by how many points a named team will win the relevant set.
17.29.15 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set exact score: Predict the correct score in points of the relevant set.
17.29.16 Inplay Point Betting: Bets are offered for a team to win the nominated point. In the event of the point not being played, due to set ending, all bets on that point will be void.
17.29.17 Current/Next Set Leader After X points: If the quoted number of points is not reached in the specified set, then the team who wins the set will be settled as the winner.
17.29.18 Total team points: Predict if the points scored in the match by a relevant team will be over or under a given number.
17.29.19 Outright: Predict the winner of the relevant competition. Bets are settled according to the final league position, after play offs (if played), unless otherwise stated.
17.29.20 Group Winner: Bets are settled according to the final Group position.
17.30 Water Polo
17.30.1 If the match is abandoned before full time, all bets are considered void and the odds set to 1.00.
17.31 eSports
17.31.1 Any Match/Map/Game two-way markets are deemed void in case of a draw.
17.31.2 In the case of an event starting but then is not completed, undetermined markets will be deemed void.
17.31.3 In the case of victory by in-play disqualification of an opponent, match winner bets will be settled according to the result. For handicap, over/under and all the prop markets, the full match must be played for bets to stand if not yet determined.
17.31.4 In the case of a team changing their roster but playing under the same team’s name, bets will stand.
17.31.5 In the case of a team changing its team name but remains with the same roster (players/coach), bets will stand.
17.31.6 Any non-live bets that are placed after official starting times will be deemed void.
17.31.7 Winner Full Time: Predict which player/team will win the match (map/round if specified in the title). If a match, game or map begins, but it is not completed, all bets will be void. An exception is made when player gets disqualified, in which case player/team awarded the victory according to an official source for the competition will be settled as a winner. If scheduled number of rounds/maps is changed, bets on Winner are still considered valid.
17.31.8 Spread & Over/Under Full Time: Spread is a way of making odds more competitive by giving the outsider an advantage. Spread markets are determined based on the league in which they are played. In Starcraft and Dota these are maps, in Counter Strike these are rounds, etc. The settlement is based on the final score (maps/rounds won by each team) with the given handicap (spread) being added.
17.31.9 Over/Under, or total betting, is a prediction whether over or under stated number of games/maps/rounds will be needed to decide the winner. If the match is not completed for any reason or scheduled number of maps/rounds is changed after this market has been offered, bets on Spread and Over/Under will be void.
17.31.10 Live: If a match is replayed due to a draw or a disconnection, all bets will be void. The replayed match will be considered as a separate live event.
Anexo 1. Loja
1. Na Loja, o jogador pode trocar o saldo actual de Moedas por Bónus, Rotaçõess de Bónus e Apostas Grátis nas quais são aplicadas as seguintes condições:
Bónus:
- Após trocar as Moedas pelos respectivos bónus, o jogador terá 10 dias para cumprir os requisitos de aposta de 30x o valor do bónus;

3. Moedas:
3.1 O jogador pode acumular Moedas por:
- Completar os Desafios Semanais;

4. Desafios Semanais:
4.1 Ao efectuar apostas no site do Casino e / ou secção de Desporto, os jogadores concordam automaticamente em participar nos Desafios Semanais.
4.2 Os desafios semanais são divididos em duas secções - Desporto e Casino. O jogador pode optar por completar uma ou ambas as secções.
4.3 O desafio é considerado "concluído" após o jogador cumprir todas as condições de um desafio individual.
