Spintop Designs Inc. dba Spinit designs and develops all projects based on the state of art technologies, utilizing the latest industry standards available.

Any design and/or development process consist of following stages:

• Initial communication with client - in person, over the phone, via email or any social media communication
• Mutual agreement on the amount of work and price
• Design (once the design process has begun, no refunds will be issued)
• Client - Designer communication about possible changes. Client is allowed up to 2 rounds of revisions.
• Approval of the design
• Development*
• Testing*
• Launch*

Payment terms: 50% down payment before project begins (if total amount is $1,000 or less - full amount is due prior to project start date). The remainder is due before we hand you finished high resolution file or launch day*. Different financial plans are available per request. For more information please contact [email protected]. All invoices are due on receipt. The client agrees that any invoices that remain unpaid for more than 30 days will bear interest from the invoice date at the lower of 1.5% per month, or the highest legal rate allowed by law, and that client will also reimburse Spinit for its reasonable attorney fees and other collection costs. All disputes will be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts. The client irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts, and agrees that such courts will be the exclusive venues for resolution of any disputes.

Any files designed by Spinit can be used for any kind of marketing purposes for the same client. Projects designed by Spinit can not be used under a different discloser other than - Designed by Spinit.

Spinit uses third party services for:

• E-Commerce website design - CoreCommerce.com
• Hosting - GoDaddy.com
• Forms - JotForm.com
• Imagery - Shutterstock.com

Per clients request these third party services can be changed to different companies. All fees associated with the use of third party services must be paid by the client.

All text content for the project must be provided to the designer in digital form. Spinit is not responsible for grammar and spell checking of content delivered from the client.

By making a full or partial payment for the project the client agrees and accepts these Terms and Conditions
